New Agent Program
How It Works
$2,000 per transaction while in the program
Three transactions total are required in the new agent program
After completing those three transactions, agents move to Silvercreek’s standard fee structure.
Credit for Prior Experience
If you completed one or two transactions at another brokerage, Silvercreek may give credit toward the three-transaction requirement
The goal is to confirm you understand the forms and the basics of real estate sales.
