What is Silvercreek's fee structure?
We charge a flat transaction fee instead of a percentage of your commission. In Idaho & Washington it's $495 per transaction (capped after 18). In Montana it's $695 per transaction (capped after 13). All agents also pay $50 per month.

When does my anniversary reset?
Your anniversary resets every 12 months from your join date. After the reset, the fee returns to $495 (ID & WA) or $695 (MT) and your cap starts over.

How does the cap work?
After 18 transactions in Idaho and Washington, your fee drops to $125 per transaction until your anniversary date. In Montana the cap is 13 transactions. Either way, the annual cap is approximately the same.

What is included in the $50 monthly fee?
Access to broker support, marketing resources, technology support, training, compliance systems and discounted products and services.

Is there a new agent program?
Yes! Our structured program includes weekly classes, mentorship and one-on-one guidance to help you build confidence and close real estate transactions.

How much is the new agent program
You pay a $2,000 transaction fee for your first three transactions (in total). We give credit for transactions closed at another brokerage. After completing three transactions, you transition to the standard fee structure.

Where are the training classes held?
Weekly classes are offered in our Meridian office and throughout our regions. Your local new agent trainer will depend on your location.

​What kind of broker support will I receive?
Our four full-time staff brokers are available 7 days a week from 8AM–8PM and maintain a one-hour call return policy. You'll never feel like you're on your own.

What technology and tools do agents get?
Access to top-tier tools including BoldTrail (CRM and property website), Lone Wolf, TransactionDesk, marketing resources, and free IT support to help you succeed.

Can I use any Silvercreek office?
Yes! You can work from any Silvercreek office in Idaho, Montana or Washington. Conference rooms are free to book and you receive 200 free black & white copies each month.

Do you provide marketing support?
Absolutely. Our 10-person in-house marketing team creates social media content, listing and buyer presentations, flyers and more — all free to our agents.

Are there any hidden fees?
​No. You'll only pay the transaction fee and $50 monthly brokerage fee, plus any optional tools or third-party services you choose to use.

Can I earn income by referring agents?
Yes! You'll earn $100 per transaction (up to 18 per year) on agents you refer who join and stay with Silvercreek.
